Monitor: CCS will be in contact with your courier every step of the way providing you and your customer the highest level of comfort as to the status of your shipment.
Proof of Delivery: CCS requires our couriers to call or e-mail with the final proof of delivery - who signed for the shipment, date and time.
Tracking: CCS couriers are required to call in baggage tag numbers and attempt to verify prior to boarding any aircraft that their baggage is onboard. In the event the carrier misplaces the baggage, CCS will be actively involved in locating the material and getting it to your customer ASAP.
Invoicing: Standard invoicing within 48 hours of proof of delivery.
